This position is accountable for driving revenue growth through managing order and delivery, generating new leads, maintaining new opportunities and business, and creating the necessary relationship with ecosystem partners to ensure Digi success in M2M or IoT market, in the territory of Japan region. This position is an integral part of Digi’s sales, sales operation and the creation of long-term, mutually-beneficial, strategic partnerships with key customers.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
All aspects regarding order management.
Escalate any shipping errors or transportation related requests to Logistics.
Optimize sales rep execution, productivity and performance through training.
Collaborate with Accounting on any customer related issues, including document retrieval, contracts, invoice and credit issues, and returns.
Work with Marketing and Sales team on demand and lead generation programs intended to grow the pipeline of opportunities for new clients as well as customer growth.
Work with channel partners, local developers, FAE and product team on projects implementation.
Office Administration and Facility Management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years’ successful experience of technical products within B2B business areas.
Prior experience in Operations and/or Logistics is desirable.
Excellent ability to communicate across multiple departments in written and spoken Japanese and English.
Being compliant with Digi policy and sales processes.
